This is literally the worst Transportation ever. You wait hours sometimes. They literally cancle on you when you have waited hours. No customer service. No help at all. Worst is they took the bus I did use out to replace it with this garbage. I lost a great job because of this. I have never disliked anything as much as I dislike this app, these drivers, and there non existent customer service.

Is this thing not working in NYC anymore? It's always "out of zone" how are you out of zone in herald sq?
Never uses due to it shutting down after to many kids in the area abused this and now members of access like myself need it's not avaliable. Boo
Great app, GPS works perfectly fine, driver arrives to pick up point exactly when the current time estimate says. There was no error messages that popped up, I was able to add a payment method and book both my rides with ease. Very affordable too! I think the patrons can be the biggest con. A lady wasted 15 minutes of ours because she got the driver to constantly drive around until he found her, she was no where near the pick up point.
All the drivers have been super nice so far cars are new clean and make you feel safe.
Completely unreliable.Pretty much never can we book a ride. Always get a message "currently experiencing very high demand". Sometimes spent an hour trying to book without any luck. The app is also slow. Customer service cannot do anything. How come we get "high demand" message for 4-5 days in a row at different times during the day for several hours? On 1 out of 10 days when you can book, the service is extremely slow and there is no governance on drivers or fellow travellers. Deleting the app
